Rome, Jan. 15 (LaPresse) – The Senate has approved Bill No. 404 concerning the abduction or retention, including abroad, of minors or individuals who are incapable, with 89 votes in favor, no votes against, and 55 abstentions. The bill, which now moves to the Chamber of Deputies, aims to ensure more effective legal protection for minors or incapacitated individuals who are taken away from their custodial parent or guardian.
