Strasbourg (France) 8 May (LaPresse) – The leader of the Five Star Movement, Giuseppe Conte, will participate on Tuesday 13 May in Brussels in ‘Parlami d'Europa’ (Tell me about Europe), an initiative organised by the Five Star Movement delegation to the European Parliament in collaboration with the Youth Network. According to sources from the M5S in the European Parliament, the president of the Five Star Movement will meet 100 young people between the ages of 18 and 36 who were selected after writing and reading a speech for a plenary session on video. Giuseppe Conte will engage with them in thematic round tables that will also be attended by MEPs from the Five Star Movement. The meeting will be an opportunity to reaffirm the Movement's commitment to peace: ‘Ursula Von der Leyen and Giorgia Meloni's rearmament plan is a negation of the values and principles of the European Union’, it is reiterated.
