(LaPresse) – ‘We did not hesitate for a single minute to support Israel's right to defend itself after 7 October, but we cannot remain silent now in the face of a reaction that has gone beyond the principle of proportionality, claiming too many innocent victims, involving Christian communities and jeopardising the historical prospects of two peoples and two states.’ These were the words of Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni speaking at the Rimini Meeting.
