Milan, 30 September (LaPresse) – ‘We will stop at Israel's first signal; we have no intention of fuelling belligerent reactions.’ Speaking from the flotilla, PD deputy Arturo Scotto said in an interview with Il Messaggero. "We expect governments, faced with an act that would be illegal because we would be in international waters having to deal with a forced entry onto boats carrying only humanitarian aid, to try to exert adequate pressure to open this corridor. But I have the impression that there is no such initiative to put real pressure on Netanyahu,‘ he said. ’We will continue until Israel stops us. I continue to thank Minister Crosetto for sending a frigate. I think it was a desirable and right choice. It is not an escort for the flotilla, but assistance and rescue in case of accidents at sea."
