Rome, 2 October (LaPresse) – The Strike Guarantee Commission, which met today, has ruled that the general strike called for tomorrow, 3 October, is unlawful, as it violates the legal obligation to give advance notice, as provided for by Law 146/90. This is according to a statement released today.
