Milan, 24 Nov. (LaPresse) – According to the first Opinio-Rai exit poll, centre-right candidate Luigi Lobuono has won between 30 and 34% of the vote in Puglia, while centre-left candidate Antonio Decaro is ahead with between 64 and 68%.
