Rome, 1 April. (LaPresse) – "The former undersecretary of Justice Andrea Delmastro did 'charity' to Mauro Caroccia, when he had no criminal record because he had been acquitted in the first appeal sentence and decided to enter into a partnership with them. The Caroccia family, at that time, was in serious economic difficulty and Delmastro entered the company by putting around 45 thousand euros towards the purchase of the grooming of the premises. An investment in which he later lost all the money. Delmastro he met the Caroccias between 2022 and 2023, because he was a customer of the restaurant". Thus the lawyer Fabrizio Gallo, upon leaving the Judicial city of Piazzale Clodio in Rome, after the interrogation of his clients, Miriam Caroccia and her father Mauro in the prosecutor's office on the matter which sees them under investigation for fictitious registration of assets and money laundering as part of the investigation into the management of the 'Bisteccheria Italia' in the Don Bosco district of Rome.
