Rome, March 14 (LaPresse) – Marc Marquez dominated the first free practice session at Termas de Rio Hondo ahead of the Argentine Grand Prix. The Spanish Ducati rider finished the session with a time of 1:38.937, followed by a surprising Johan Zarco (Honda). Third place went to Alex Marquez of Gresini Racing.
Just outside the top three was Morbidelli, followed by fellow Italians Bezzecchi and Marini. It was a tough session for Bagnaia, who finished in 16th place.
