Milan, March 29 (LaPresse) – Federica Brignone has returned to Italy with her three World Cup alpine skiing trophies won at the finals in the United States. The champion from Aosta Valley landed a few minutes ago at Malpensa airport, welcomed by many fans, many of whom came from her home region of Aosta Valley, waving tricolor flags. Brignone won the overall World Cup for the second time in her career this year, in addition to the Giant Slalom and Downhill titles. She was welcomed by the president of FISI, Flavio Roda.
