Rome, May 6 (LaPresse) – "Honestly, after the results in Monte Carlo and Madrid, I’ve finally achieved a goal, something we considered a milestone. But honestly, I think the same way. Not much has changed. Of course, my confidence in my game has definitely improved a lot. That’s probably what got me into the top 10. Here in Rome, I’m trying to keep that momentum alive."

This is how Lorenzo Musetti commented in a press conference at the Centrale court in Foro Italico about his first-time entry into the ATP Top Ten.

"Reaching the semifinals in Madrid without losing a set is confirmation of my level, my mentality, I’d say, because the mentality of a top 10 player is obviously to try not to lose to anyone lower than you in the rankings. Playing against a top 10 player is different," he added.
