Paris, June 3 (LaPresse) – Iga Swiatek advances to the semifinals of Roland Garros, the second Grand Slam of the season held on the clay courts of Paris.
The Polish player, winner of the last three editions of the tournament, defeated Elina Svitolina in the quarterfinals in straight sets, 6–1, 7–5, in one hour and 43 minutes of play.
