Rome, June 9 (LaPresse) – The bitter defeat in the Roland Garros final does not affect Jannik Sinner's position in the ATP rankings. The Italian remains world number one, even managing to gain 500 points on Carlos Alcaraz, who had also triumphed on the clay of Paris last year.

Alexander Zverev remains third but drops 900 points, while Jack Draper climbs by 190 points. Novak Djokovic closes out the top five, gaining 400 points, but the Serbian must now watch out for Lorenzo Musetti, who jumps 700 points and is now just 70 points behind him.
