Turin, 8 July (LaPresse) – Taylor Fritz is the first semi-finalist at Wimbledon. The American tennis player, ranked fifth in the world, defeated Russia's Karen Khachanov, ranked 20th in the ATP rankings, in four sets with a score of 6-3, 6-4, 1-6, 7-6 (4) in a match lasting two hours and 35 minutes. In the semi-finals, Fritz will face the winner of the match between Carlos Alcaraz and Cameron Norrie.
