Milan, 14 July (LaPresse) – The captain of Team Europe in the Ryder Cup, England's Luke Donald, has appointed Francesco Molinari as vice captain for the challenge against the US team, which will take place from 26 to 28 September at the Bethpage Black Course in Farmingdale (New York). This will be the Italian's second consecutive appearance in this role, following his debut at the Marco Simone Golf & Country Club in Guidonia Montecelio (Rome) during the victorious 2023 competition. He will be joined by his brother Edoardo, who is already part of the technical staff alongside Denmark's Thomas Bjorn and Spain's José Maria Olazabal.
