Milan, 15 July (LaPresse) – Manchester City has signed a mega sponsorship deal with Puma, the well-known sportswear manufacturer, which will bring around £100 million a year to the English club's coffers for ten years. A total of €1.15 billion, according to the BBC, until 2035. City made the official announcement of the agreement without going into details about the figures. The English club emphasises that the renewal is the result of the “extraordinary” results achieved so far. According to the BBC, the previous contract was worth around €70 million, while with this renewal, City sets a record for Premier League clubs. From 2023, Manchester United has an agreement with Adidas that guarantees around €90 million per year, while Liverpool stands at around €60 million.
