Bastad, July 16 (LaPresse) – Luciano Darderi has qualified for the quarterfinals of the Nordea Open in Bastad, an ATP 250 clay-court tournament. The Italian player, ranked No. 55 in the ATP rankings, defeated Swedish player Elias Ymer (world No. 264) in straight sets, 6–2, 6–2, in 1 hour and 12 minutes of play. In the quarterfinals, Darderi will face the winner of the match between Sebastian Baez and Nicolai Budkov.
