Milan, 21 July (LaPresse) – Italy is in his heart, that much is clear, and reality confirms it once again. Álvaro Morata is about to return to Italy for the fourth time. And it will be the second time that Milan and its surroundings will be his home. The Spanish striker will in fact be the new attacking focal point for Cesc Fàbregas' Como, with whom he has an excellent relationship, having shared a dressing room at Chelsea from 2017 to 2019. According to today's As, the parties involved in the transfer have found a way to finalise the deal. Álvaro Morata's transfer belongs to Milan, who, after six months, in January 2025, loaned him to Galatasaray for €6 million until 20 January 2026. However, the agreement included a clause. Galatasaray would have had the right to redeem Morata for €8 million starting from 15 January 2026, with the option of paying the total amount in six instalments. The Turks could also extend the loan at no cost until 30 June 2026, before deciding whether to sign the player permanently for €9 million by 10 June 2026.
