Rome, 23 August (LaPresse) – "It's always exciting to sit on the Cagliari bench, obviously when you do it for the first time in Serie A it's a new experience after all the others I've had in recent months and throughout my career. I hope that all the matches will bring me this joy. This debut is something new and different, I'm feeling very emotional these days. That's the beauty of this sport, you live on emotions and strong feelings. I prefer to have these joys. It's obvious that I'm excited." These were the words of Sardinian coach Fabio Pisacane at a press conference on the eve of Cagliari-Fiorentina. "Piccoli's departure is not pleasant, we hoped to keep him, but these are the dynamics of the transfer market. I asked the club for three players to complete the squad and I know they are working in this direction. However, I am focused on coaching the squad I have available because we have a difficult match ahead against Fiorentina, one of the strongest teams in the league. I have to worry about who I'm coaching regardless of who leaves, stays or arrives: those who are here now must have the utmost respect and dedication for the Cagliari shirt, and I've seen the right spirit since day one."
