Rome, 24 August (LaPresse) – David Alonso wins the Hungarian Grand Prix in Moto2, the fourteenth round of the World Championship. At the Balaton Park circuit, the Colombian KTM rookie scored his first victory in the category, beating Brazilian Diogo Moreira (Kalex) and Spaniard Manuel Gonzalez (Kalex) by 174 thousandths of a second. Celestino Vietti (Boscoscuro) crashed, while Tony Arbolino (Boscoscuro) finished 15th, the best of the Italians.
