Rome, Aug. 28 (LaPresse) – “I will try to make the most of this second part of the season, and take the opportunities to better understand the car. I want to figure out where to find more performance with the vehicle,” said Max Verstappen, Red Bull driver, on the eve of the Dutch Grand Prix weekend.
“Hungary was not a great weekend, but I hope we will be closer to the others this time. I don’t think it will be the best race for us, but some uncertainties could help. Tracks with more high-speed corners will be more favorable to us,” he added.
“In the Netherlands the atmosphere is special; it’s great to see how much fun people are having here. It’s a huge party for them… more than for me. I’m not fighting for the title compared to the past, but finding motivation isn’t difficult. You can’t always win, that moment has come now. However, it wouldn’t make sense to be frustrated. We have to focus on the car and understand how to progress for the future. And that’s what we are doing,” concluded the Dutch world champion.
