Rome, Sept. 12 (LaPresse) – The Italian men’s volleyball team staff has officially announced the list of 14 athletes who will take part in the 21st edition of the World Championship. These are the selections made by head coach Ferdinando De Giorgi:
Setters: Simone Giannelli (captain), Riccardo Sbertoli
Middle blockers: Gianluca Galassi, Simone Anzani, Giovanni Gargiulo, Roberto Russo
Outside hitters: Mattia Bottolo, Alessandro Michieletto, Luca Porro, Francesco Sani
Opposites: Kamil Rychlicki, Yuri Romanò
Liberos: Fabio Balaso, Domenico Pace
