Turin, 15 October (LaPresse) – Fabio Paratici returns to Tottenham. The former Juventus executive, who has finished serving his suspension for the capital gains case, will take on the role of sporting director of the English club alongside Johan Lange. This move is ‘part of a new structure for our men's football activities, designed to strengthen leadership, collaboration and long-term decision-making in all areas,’ according to a statement from Spurs. "Together, they will lead an ambitious new chapter for the club. This evolution is part of the club's ongoing investment in world-class men's and women's football structures, designed to ensure lasting success on the pitch. Johan and Fabio's combined experience will ensure that every decision, from player pathways to performance development to scouting, is aligned and supports an overall goal: to build a winning, world-class team that will stand the test of time." ‘I am delighted to be returning to a club I love,’ said Paratici, who was previously a director at Tottenham Hotspur from 2021 to 2023. ‘I have been working with Johan, Vinai and Thomas as a consultant for several months and I am looking forward to returning to London and joining the team full-time. I am convinced that by working in partnership with Johan, we can build a special future for the club and our supporters.’
