The French midfielder underwent an MRI scan for the left calf injury he sustained while playing for his national team: the scan revealed a soleus muscle injury. The player will be re-evaluated in about ten days and will therefore have to miss the league match against Fiorentina. Estupiñán continued treatment on his left ankle, which he sprained while playing for his national team, and then did some running work on the pitch. Saelemaekers trained individually on the pitch, and his recovery is progressing well. Pulisic: a check-up on his right thigh flexor muscles is scheduled for Friday.
