Rome, Oct. 31 (LaPresse) – Juventus Stadium in Turin has been nominated to host the Europa League and Conference League finals in 2028 and 2029, UEFA announced. Alongside the Italian bid, other contenders include Parc Olympique Lyonnais or Parc des Princes in Paris (only one host city and stadium to be confirmed at the time of the bid), the National Arena in Bucharest, and the National Stadium in Belgrade. UEFA also received three bids to host the 2028 Champions League final: the Fußball Arena in Munich, Wembley Stadium in London, and Camp Nou in Barcelona. For the Conference League finals, other candidates are Lille (France, 2028 and 2029), Budapest (Hungary, 2028 and 2029), Astana or Almaty (Kazakhstan, 2028 and 2029), Gdansk (Poland, 2028 and 2029), and Helsinki (Finland, 2029).
