Milan, 1 Nov. (LaPresse) – Bad news for Lorenzo Musetti from the ATP Masters 1000 in Paris. Felix Auger Aliassime qualifies for the final by beating Alexander Bublik and overtakes the Italian in the Race rankings that qualify for the ATP Finals in Turin. In the first semi-final in Paris, the Canadian world number 10 and number 9 seed defeated the Kazakh in two sets with a score of 7-6 (3), 6-4. In the final, Aliassime will face the winner of the other semi-final between Jannik Sinner and Alexander Zverev. As mentioned, with this victory, Aliassime will be the new world number 8 from Monday, at the expense of Musetti, who will, however, have the chance to secure his place in the Finals by playing in the 250 tournament scheduled for next week in Athens.
