Turin, 19 Dec. (LaPresse) – Milan striker Santiago Gimenez "underwent arthroscopic surgery on his right ankle today in Amsterdam. The operation, performed by Prof. Gino Kerkhoffs in the presence of Milan's medical staff, was a complete success.‘ The Rossoneri club announced this in a statement, adding that ’at the end of the expected week of convalescence, Santiago will return to Italy to continue with his rehabilitation programme."
