Philadelphia beat Memphis in overtime thanks to excellent performances by Joel Embiid and Tyrese Maxey and decisive baskets by rookie VJ Edgecombe, while the Celtics won on the Jazz's home court with Derrick White leading the way. No problems for the Clippers, who dominated Sacramento at home with Kawhi Leonard once again in inspired form, securing their fifth consecutive victory.
