Milan, Jan. 1 (LaPresse) – Lecce held a New Year’s Day afternoon training session at the Martignano Sports Center ahead of Saturday’s match. In today’s session coach Di Francesco again had Banda and Gaspar at his disposal, back from Africa Cup of Nations duty, and they trained regularly with the group. Früchtl, Berisha, Morente and Sala followed personalized programs, while Pierret and Veiga were rested due to fever. Coulibaly was absent, as he will play the Africa Cup of Nations round of 16 with Mali on Saturday. The final training session is scheduled for tomorrow morning, behind closed doors, at the Via del Mare before departure for Turin, where the Giallorossi will face Juventus at 18:00 on Saturday.
