The Kazakh tennis player, seeded 10th, defeated Argentina's Tomas Etcheverry, ranked 62nd in the ATP rankings, in three sets with a score of 7-6 (4), 7-6 (5), 6-4. In the next round, Bublik will face Australia's Alex De Minaur.
