Washington (USA), January 13 (LaPresse) – The agreement for a ceasefire in Gaza and the release of hostages held by Hamas is "close to being finalized." This was stated by U.S. President Joe Biden during his foreign policy address at the State Department, his last such speech before the end of his presidency.
