Rome, Feb 5 (LaPresse) – Volodymyr Zelensky is "de facto" an illegitimate president of Ukraine, yet Russia is still willing to negotiate with him, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated, according to Tass.

"Our country's position, repeatedly expressed by President Vladimir Putin, suggests that Mr. Zelensky has serious 'de jure' legitimacy issues. However, despite this, the Russian side remains open to negotiations," Peskov said.
