Washington (USA), 12 Feb (LaPresse) – The Trump Administration will free Russian cybercriminal Alexander Vinnik as part of the exchange with Moscow for the release of US teacher Marc Fogel. The New York Times writes this, citing Administration sources. Vinnik, who was arrested in 2017, pleaded guilty last year to conspiracy to launder billions of dollars.
