Rome, 23 Feb (LaPresse) – New talks between Russia and the United States will be held at the end of next week. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov told the Tass news agency. ‘We are open to contacts with the American side, in particular on critical elements in bilateral relations. We are expecting real progress when the meeting scheduled for the end of next week takes place,' Ryabkov said, adding that the meeting will take place “at the level of departmental directors” of foreign policy agencies.
