Rome, Mar 1 (LaPresse) – European countries are mobilising after yesterday's clash at the White House between US President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky. The UK will allocate a further £2.26 billion for a loan to Ukraine over the next few years to support Kiev in future reconstruction. This was announced by the government after a meeting in Downing Street between Prime Minister Keir Starmer and Zelensky. The agreement will be signed tomorrow by the respective finance ministers. Also in Germany, according to the Guardian, German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock has asked Germany to provide an additional EUR 3 billion in aid for Ukraine.
