Brussels, March 3 (LaPresse) – "I am intensively preparing for the European Council (on March 6) together with President Costa, and in fact, tomorrow I will inform the member states through a letter about the plan for the rearmament of Europe. We need a massive increase in defense, without any doubt. We want lasting peace, but lasting peace can only be built on strength. And strength begins with strengthening ourselves, and that is the purpose of the plan I will present to the member states tomorrow for the rearmament of Europe," said European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen during a press briefing at the European Commission.
