Washington, March 4 (LaPresse) – The U.S. Senate has voted to confirm the appointment of Linda McMahon, former CEO of WWE, as Secretary of the Department of Education. During her first administration, McMahon served as Administrator of the Small Business Administration, the federal agency for small businesses. The nomination passed with 51 votes in favor and 45 against.
