Kyiv, March 24 (LaPresse) – A Russian missile attack against the centre of the north-eastern city of Sumy has wounded 28 civilians, including four children. This was stated by Mayor Artem Kobzar, quoted by the Kyiv Independent, adding that Moscow forces launched the attack against residential areas and infrastructure facilities, including children's hospitals. Several high-rise buildings and a school were damaged, Governor Volodymyr Artiukh reported.
