Rome, 25 Mar (LaPresse) – A ‘direct order’ from Washington to Kiev would be a ‘clear guarantee’ of security for Moscow over the Black Sea initiative. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov. Interfax reports. ‘We will need clear guarantees, and the guarantees can only be, given the sad experience of the agreements simply with Kiev, the result of an order from Washington to Zelensky and his team to do this and not otherwise. And it seems to me that our American partners have received this signal,’ Lavrov told Channel One.
