Turin, 28 Mar. (LaPresse) – Hezbollah has stated that it bears no responsibility for the rocket fire that took place this morning in southern Lebanon targeting northern Israel. A high-level source from the organisation told the Lebanese broadcaster Al-Mayadeen that the launch was ‘part of a suspected attempt to fabricate pretexts for the continuation of Israeli aggression against Lebanon’. According to the Hezbollah press agency, the areas targeted included the outskirts of Qaaqaait al-Jisr and the city of Khiam.
