Turin, 28th Mar. (LaPresse) – The strategic initiative is entirely in the hands of the Russian armed forces along the whole front line. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin during a visit to Murmansk, as quoted by Ria Novosti. ‘What is happening today is clear even in principle, along the entire line of combat contact, our troops hold the strategic initiative,’ said the head of the Kremlin.
