Milan, April 6 (LaPresse) – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, as a military guard of honour greeted him on his departure from Hungary after an official visit, praised the European country for supporting Israel in international bodies. The Times of Israel reported that. Hungary ‘defends us in the European Union,’ Netanyahu said before boarding the Wing of Zion to fly to Washington to Donald Trump, ‘it defends us in the UN, and no less than in the corrupt International Criminal Court in The Hague, which is directed against all of us, against Idf soldiers, Idf commanders and the State of Israel.’ Netanyahu added that Hungary's withdrawal from the ICC announced by Budapest last week is ‘a sign of things to come’. The Israeli PM reported discussions with Hungary on joint arms production and hostages in Gaza, including Hungarian citizen Omri Miran.
