Milan, April 11 (LaPresse) – "The mission to the US by Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, who will meet Donald Trump on April 17, will be useful to strengthen the dialogue not only between Italy and the US but also between the EU and the US," said Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Antonio Tajani. "Europe is counting a lot on Meloni's mission." Tajani spoke during an interview on ‘Mattino Cinque News’ while in India. The Deputy Prime Minister is in India for what he described as "a very important mission to strengthen the strategic partnership between our two countries." In New Delhi, Tajani opened the Italy-India Entrepreneurial, Scientific, and Technological Forum with Indian Foreign Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar and Trade Minister Piyush Goyal.
