Rome, 17 Apr (LaPresse) – ‘The responsibility for what happened in Sumy certainly lies with Zelensky’. This was stated by Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova, quoted by Tass. The spokeswoman went on to accuse Kiev of ‘continuing to ignore the moratorium on attacks on energy facilities’. ‘Moscow has already registered more than 80 such attacks by Kiev since 18 March,’ she claimed.
