Milan, April 26 (LaPresse) – Air Force One carrying U.S. President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania landed at Rome Fiumicino Airport around 11 p.m. on Friday evening. The White House occupant and his wife will attend Pope Francis' funeral, scheduled for today at 10 a.m. The two descended the plane's stairs and shortly afterward entered the presidential car. Trump, welcomed by a delegation including representatives from the U.S. Embassy in Italy and the one to the Holy See, waved after stepping through the aircraft door. The motorcade consisted of about forty vehicles. Trump and Melania spent the night at Villa Taverna in Rome.
