Vancouver, April 27th (LaPresse) – The toll from the incident in Vancouver, where a car drove into a crowd during the Lapu Lapu festival, is at least eight victims, including a child, according to Canadian newspaper Global News citing informed sources. There are also six injured. The police have not yet provided numerical details on the individuals involved. 'At this time, we are certain that this incident was not a terrorist act,' stated the Vancouver Police Department.
