Rome, 2 May (LaPresse) – Climate activist Greta Thunberg and retired US army colonel Mary Ann Wright were also due to be on board the ‘Conscience’, the Freedom Flotilla Coalition ship reported to have been attacked overnight by a drone in international waters off Malta. This was stated to CNN by the organisation committed to delivering humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip in defiance of the Israeli blockade. Thunberg and Wright – it was specified – were not on board at the time of the fire.
