Brussels, May 2 (LaPresse) – "Based on our preliminary assessment, it currently seems that the agreement between the US and Ukraine (on critical raw materials) is not an exclusive agreement, so it would not impact our 2021 memorandum of understanding. Of course, Ukraine is free to continue engaging with the EU in this area, and naturally, we will be happy to continue cooperating in this field." This was stated by the European Commission’s spokesperson for Competition, Lea Zuber, during the daily press briefing.
