Milan, 4 May (LaPresse/AP) – US President Donald Trump will not seek a third term. ‘I will be a president for eight years, I will be a two-term president. I always thought that was very important,‘ he said in an interview on Nbc News’ ‘Meet the Press’ programme, responding to a question about a third term. ‘It's not something I intend to do,’ Trump stated. ‘I want to spend four great years and then pass the baton to someone, ideally a great Republican, a great Republican who will carry on my work.’
