Rome, May 11 (LaPresse) – Russian President Vladimir Putin in press statements proposed that Ukraine resume direct negotiations on May 15 in Istanbul. Putin added that he plans to talk with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in the coming hours. “The Russian proposal for negotiations is on the table,” Putin said, "now the decision is up to Kiev and its curators.
