Washington (USA), 23 May (LaPresse) – A federal judge has temporarily suspended the Trump administration's ban on Harvard University enrolling foreign students. Judge Allison Burroughs' ruling came a few hours after the university filed an appeal arguing that the revocation of its certification in the Student and Exchange Visitor Programme was ‘clear retaliation’ for its refusal to comply with the administration's demands. Burroughs is the same judge who is hearing another case brought by Harvard against the administration's freeze of $2.65 billion in federal funding.
